Why an address at your own domain
A quote from info@yourbusiness.co.za matches the name on your website, your vehicle and your invoices. It also stays yours: if a staff member leaves, the address stays with the business, and you can give it to the next person.
Already have email on your domain?
Keep it. When you sign up, choose to keep your email where it is, and you can stay on the Local Business plan. Before we connect your domain to the new website, we copy its existing settings across, including the records for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your current mail provider, so your email keeps working through the switch.
If you would rather have us host your email, choose the Local Business + 5 Email Accounts plan. We create the accounts on your domain and switch its email records over when your website goes live.
If you cancel
Email accounts included in your plan stay active until the end of your last paid month, and we help you move them to another provider before they close.

Questions about business email
Is email included on the Local Business plan?
No. The Local Business plan has no email accounts, but email you already have keeps working, because we copy your domain's mail records across before we connect it. Email accounts come with the Local Business + 5 Email Accounts plan.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Your dashboard shows the settings to add each account to the mail app on your phone or computer, and webmail works in any browser.
Will my email land in spam?
We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC for your domain, which help receiving mail servers trust your mail. Nobody can promise inbox placement, because each receiving service decides for itself, but these records are how it checks that mail really comes from your domain.
Can I move up to the email plan later?
Yes. You can move up to the Local Business + 5 Email Accounts plan later, and we set up the accounts then.
