Galooly Local Sites provides digital services only. We do not sell or ship physical products, so there are no shipping or courier charges.
Your website
Once we have your details, logo, services and photos, we send you a preview link, usually within a few days. Nothing goes live until you approve it. Most websites go live within a week of us receiving everything we need.
Your website is delivered online at its own web address, either your own domain or a temporary address we give you, and your account is available in the client portal at app.galooly.co.za.
Your own domain
If you need a new .co.za domain, we register it in your business's name at no extra cost and your website goes live on it once you approve the preview.
If you already have a domain, it can stay registered where it is. We copy its existing settings, including your email, to our nameservers first, then you (or the person who looks after it) change the nameservers once. Your email keeps working through the change, and the website usually goes live on your domain within an hour of it.
Website changes
Each change request in the portal shows its status and expected date, and we email you when it is live.
Email accounts
On plans that include email, we set up the accounts on your domain and send you the sign-in and device settings.
Invoices
Every payment through Stitch, our payment provider, produces an invoice, available in the Billing section of the portal.
